Old ‘Puter

My dad always tells me he named me Travis after the character of Travis in the film Old Yeller.  I still don’t know if he is serious, or if he is joking.  He does like to tell me stories about other tv shows he would have named me after if he’d been allowed by my mother.  Calling me “Boy” like Tarzan’s son, being his first choice.

Chris's Dad: Son this has to be done the computer's obsolete.
Chris -age younger-: Lemme do it pa, its my responsibility

Chris -age younger-: sniff... you'll be fragging newbs with the angels now. I'll miss you old 'puter.

Kira: Chris, that was the ending to a classic film, it's not real life.
Chris: I think they got the idea from my life.
Kira: Oh yes, my mistake.
